Retail Park Aarschot

This retail park, which is very popular at the local level, was developed in 2015 by the Hasselt-based Kolmont Group.

Thanks to a strong and complementary mix of tenants active in everyday consumer goods and leisure, the site has demonstrated an excellent performance track record in Aarschot.
The tenants include Albert Heijn, Gamma, Maxi Zoo, Action, Yess! and Basic-Fit, representing a total retail surface area of 9,920 m².

In 2026, Uriba Estates acquired the retail park with the objective of further optimising sustainable investments on the site.
