Green Est. Capital beheert actief haar winkelvastgoed door het aanbieden van bijkomende diensten aan haar huurders. Wij willen onze huurders meer aanbieden dan een casco winkel door in te zetten op klantbeleving, duurzaamheid en data. Dit doen we in samenwerking met onze partners of door zelf te investeren in innovatieve start-ups of scale-ups.<\/p>\n

Klant beleving<\/b>: wij trachten een goede toegankelijkheid te cre\u00ebren door het wegnemen van fysieke drempels, te voorzien in een goede signalisatie, door het aanbieden van laadpalen op onze parkings, voldoende en kwaliteitsvolle fietsenstallingen.<\/p>\n

Duurzaamheid<\/b>: wij trachten de duurzaamheid te verhogen door het aanleggen van groene daken en het plaatsen van zonnepanelen, het installeren van batterijen om de opgewekte energie op te slaan.<\/p>\n
